As of today, we can report that the outages have ceased and all impacted client websites continue to remain active.
The collective effort of our team and our clients, has made approaching a resolution possible, and we continue to take steps to mitigate any future outages.
At this time, our clients do not need to take any additional action, but can reach out to support if they have questions or concerns about their website.
We are still monitoring the situation closely in order to provide updates, and work to reach a full and complete resolution.

We once again want to thank all of you who have been impacted by the outages for your continued understanding and patience.
We continue in our efforts to mitigate any ongoing outages, and are taking steps to communicate with all those affected on what they must do to help ensure their website remains active.

To our impacted website clients:
First, the entire Rentsync Team is grateful for the patience and consideration you have shown as we investigate and direct all of our attention towards putting solutions in place to restore access to your website. We have been working around the clock, with the understanding of the urgency and impact this outage has on your business.
We’ve determined that we’re experiencing an unprecedented and targeted Denial-of-Service (DoS) attack. This has the unfortunate consequence of potentially impacting your website.
The purpose of a DoS attack is to effectively shut down a website by making it appear unavailable to those who try to access it.
We had attempted to migrate your website away from the affected server. However, the attacker identified our tactics and quickly launched a second attack. As a result, after your DNS was updated, your website could have experienced an outage again.
Our team is continuing to work proactively to protect against any future outages by initiating additional protective technical measures.
In the meantime, we want to confirm that your ILS ads continue to be updated and ILS lead delivery has not been impacted throughout the length of this experience.
This will not be our final communication and we will be providing a full debrief and explanation once this is resolved.

The Rentsync Dashboard is currently up and running. ILS ads have continued to update and ILS lead delivery has not been impacted.

SVP veuillez vérifier votre dossier spam. Si vous n’avez pas reçu cette courriel, sa veux dire qu’aucun action est nécessaire de votre part pour le moment.
Pour les autres, votre DNS n’est pas géré par Rentsync et nous n’avons donc pas pu effectuer les modifications nécessaires pour vous.
