How Does It Work?
Swipe to see explanations for each step.1. Set the Survey Goals
Once we receive your setup fee, a member from our data services team will reach out to better understand the goals and key metrics intended for the survey.
Our team will help create and narrow down the survey questions, to get the answers you need, all within your budget.
2. Create the Survey
Our team will work with you to finalize the survey questions and set the response sample parameters.
Once you approve of the final version, our team will prepare the survey and set it live.
3. Let the Survey Do Its Work
A typical survey runs for 4-6 weeks. However, the length of time online could be adjusted based on the length of the survey, the recommended sample size and the number of respondents.
Actively searching renters will be targeted to take the survey, via Facebook and email.
4. Analyze the Survey Results
Once the survey has met its threshold for responses, our team will turn it off.
We will then analyze the results and provide you with a PDF document containing an executive summary, key takeaways and survey result metrics in the form of graphs and charts.

If the amount of required answers aren’t received in the estimated timeline for a specific survey, we will keep it running longer to meet the minimum response threshold. This is most likely for highly specific survey content and for less populated targeted regions.
Our Renter Surveys are meant to be customized to each individual survey project, to ensure specific and accurate results.
